Zarząd spółki INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie informuje, że w dniu 29.04.2019 roku właściwy dla prawa Estonii rejestr spółek handlowych _Ariregister_ dokonał rejestracji zmiany roku obrotowego stosownie do Uchwały nr 3 Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy z dnia 19.04.2019 roku. W związku z niniejszym rok obrotowy Spółki rozpoczyna się w dniu 1 lipca, a kończy się w dniu 30 czerwca.
Jednocześnie wraz z rejestracją zmiany roku obrotowego Spółki, właściwy rejestr prawa Estonii dokonał rejestracji zmian Statutu Spółki.

W załączeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu Spółki w polskiej, angielskiej oraz estońskiej wersji językowej.

The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 29/04/2019 the register of commercial companies _Ariregister_ relevant to the law of Estonia registered the change in the financial year in accordance with Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 19/04/2019. As a result of this, the financial year of the Company begins on July 1 and ends on June 30.
At the same time, along with the registration of the change in the financial year of the Company, the relevant register of the law of Estonia registered changes to the Articles of Association of the Company.

The Issuer attached to this report the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.
